My Accounts

How to open a client account, complete every section, and get it through compliance review.

A "client account" is your digital Client Account Opening Form — it represents the business or individual entrusting assets to Safepro, and it must be approved by our compliance team before any asset can be deposited under it.

Opening and submitting an account

  1. 1

    Start a new account

From Overview or My Accounts, select "New account" (or "Open a new account").

  2. 2

    Work through the sections

The form is organized into sections A–N: Account Type, Client Details, Registered Office, Contact Details, Authorized Representatives, Services Required, Expected Assets, Source of Assets, Banking Details (optional), and Portal & Receipt Preferences. Fill in as much as you have — you can always come back.

  3. 3

    Save your progress anytime

"Save draft" stores your progress on the server. The form also autosaves to your browser as you type, so an accidental tab close or refresh won't lose your work — you'll see a "Restored unsaved changes" notice next time you open it.

  4. 4

    Complete Declarations, Consent, and Signatory

The last three sections (L, M, N) are the only ones required before you can submit: accept the declarations, accept the consent statement, and provide a signatory name and typed signature. A red dot on a section tab means something there still needs attention.

  5. 5

    Submit for compliance review

Once those three sections are complete, select "Submit for compliance review."

  6. 6

    Add supporting documents

From your account page, upload files such as a Certificate of Incorporation under "Supporting Documents" — label each with its document type.

  7. 7

    Respond to a decline

If compliance declines your application, the reason is shown at the top of the account page. Update the relevant sections and select "Resubmit for compliance review."

  8. 8

    Once approved

You'll see your risk classification, compliance status, and account number. You can now book a delivery appointment directly from the account page, and keep making routine changes such as contact or banking details.

Frequently asked

Can I edit an account once it's approved?

Yes — routine details such as contact information or banking details stay editable. The declarations, consent, and signatory sections lock once submitted.

Can I open more than one account?

Yes. My Accounts lists every account you've opened, each tracked and reviewed independently.

Is banking information required?

No — Banking Details is the one section marked optional. Everything else can be filled in gradually, but Declarations, Consent, and Signatory must be complete before you submit.

How do I book a delivery appointment?

Once an account shows "approved", a "Book a Delivery Appointment" panel appears on that account's page — see the Appointments guide.

Ready to open your account?

It takes a few minutes to start, and you can save a draft and finish later.
