Appointments

How to book a delivery appointment once your account is approved, and what happens next.

A delivery appointment schedules when you'll bring assets to us. It's booked against an approved account, and it's the first step in the journey to a custody record and, eventually, a Safekeeping Receipt.

Booking a delivery appointment

  1. 1

    Get your account approved first

Appointments can only be booked from an account with "approved" status — see the My Accounts guide if yours isn't there yet.

  2. 2

Open the account and find the booking panel

On an approved account's page, a "Book a Delivery Appointment" panel appears.

  3. 3

    Choose a date and time

Pick when you plan to bring your assets in.

  4. 4

    Describe what you're bringing

Add a short note — for example, "5 gold bars, approx 5kg, in a sealed case" — to help our team prepare.

  5. 5

    Book it

Confirm the appointment. It now appears under Appointments, where you can track its status.

  6. 6

    Bring your assets in

At the appointment, our team receives, inspects, registers, and vaults what you bring — after which a custody record, and eventually a Safekeeping Receipt, is created.

Frequently asked

I don't see a way to book an appointment — why?

The booking panel only appears on an account whose status is "approved". Open your account under My Accounts to check its current status.

Can I book more than one appointment?

Yes — book as many as you need, whether for one account or several.

What happens after my appointment?

Our team receives, inspects, registers, and vaults your assets, creating a custody record you can track — see the Custody Records guide.
