Register and sign in
- 1
Create your account
Go to Register and enter your full name, email address, and a password (at least 8 characters). This creates your login — it does not automatically open a client account or sign you in.
- 2
Confirm your email (if prompted)
If you receive a verification email, click the link in it. It takes you to a confirmation page showing your address has been verified.
- 3
Sign in
Go to Sign In and enter your email and password. If Safepro has enabled it for your account, you can also choose "Continue with Google" instead.
- 4
Enter your verification code
Every sign-in is protected by a one-time 6-digit code sent to your email. Enter it on the next screen to finish signing in.
- 5
Reset a forgotten password
From the sign-in page, select "Forgot password?", enter your email, and follow the link we send you to choose a new password.
- 6
Find your way around
You'll land on your Overview page — tiles for Accounts, Custody Records, Safekeeping Receipts, and Invoices, plus a checklist of the journey from opening an account to receiving a digital Safekeeping Receipt.
Frequently asked
Do I need to verify my email before I can sign in?
No — the one-time code sent at every sign-in is the real security check on your account. Confirming your email just helps us reach you reliably.
Why do I need a code every time I sign in?
It's a second layer of security (two-factor authentication) that protects your accounts, custody records, and receipts even if your password is ever compromised.
Is "Continue with Google" always available?
Only when Safepro has enabled Google sign-in for this project. If you don't see the button, sign in with your email and password instead.
I didn't receive my verification code or reset link — what now?
Check your spam or junk folder first. For your security, the "forgot password" page never confirms whether an email address has an account — if nothing arrives after a few minutes, contact us.
I registered but don't see an account to deposit assets into — why?
Registering only creates your login. Once signed in, open a client account from My Accounts — see the My Accounts guide.
